Problem with fees. My monthly payment for my Chase credit card ending in XXXX due every XXXX of the month. I pay every month on time. Now on XX/XX/2018, I made an online payment of XXXX at or around XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I get a text message that says my payment was not received. I log in to my account online and see I was given a XXXX late fee. I go back to my previous payment that I made XXXX XXXX and noticed I didnt get a late fee for that payment but it was due XX/XX/2018. I call their customer service to find out the agent claimed to refund the fee and says it should not affect my credit report. Now this is my issue one I have paid my bill on the XXXX many of times and never received a late fee, secondly and most importantly your website specifically states if your payment is made betwee
