Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc. (MD)

Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I disputed an inquiry that was falsely made by Consumer Portfolio Services. This credit inquiry was made on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a letter to the creditor via certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX this letter was returned, I think their address was changed or they relocated, I tried a 2nd time by resending the same letter I previously sent on XX/XX/XXXX, this letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX which was received on XX/XX/XXXX, this company did not respond to my letter. I did not authorize anyone employed by Consumer Portfolio Services to make any inquiry and view my credit report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ). This is a serious breach of my privacy rights.
