Problem accessing account. 1. At this point, I do NOT want an account with Bank of America ( BofA ). I don't need anyone interceding on my behalf -- I have established my U.S. financial dealings elsewhere. Furthermore, I do not understand why personnel at BofA are so stupid as to send me updated information on accounts THEY closed. What I DO want is for BofA to be officially reprimanded. If you can not ensure BofA remunerates the monies it cost me, I hope someone can sock them with a hefty fine for unprofessionalism ( I don't have the background, time nor inclination to research the legalities of their idiocy ). 2.
