Account information incorrect. I secured this credit card as a means of building my credit. My Social Security number was changed due to XXXX XXXX, and as such- my credit history was deleted. I set this account up on Auto pay from my checking account and consistently made my monthly payments on time, well above the min. due amount. In XX/XX/2018, I contacted XXXX XXXX & inquired about my balance, and then made the payment in full online. I subsequently contacted by bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX and requested they put a stop payment on the XXXX XXXX auto payment for the month of XXXX, since I instead paid in full online. In error and unknown to me, XXXX XXXX XXXX put a permanent stop pay on all future XXXX XXXX payments. Nobody ever contacted me from XXXX XXXX to alert me of any payment issue 's
