Problem with customer service. This is a continuation of the case # XXXX that was filed back in XX/XX/XXXX against the company XXXX. The company resolved to pay me the amount of {$300.00} in 6-8 weeks time in their response to my complaint. Instead of receiving payment in the specified time, I instead received a letter via XXXX today almost 8 weeks from their last response to me. The letter basically restates the same response I received back in XX/XX/XXXX and that I would have to wait a " few more weeks '' to receive payment. This is unacceptable. I thought it was ridiculous to wait 6-8 weeks to receive payment and now their response is completely indefensible. The company has lied to me repeatedly and also to the CFPB in their settlement response.
