Threatened to sue you for very old debt. A gentleman just called me, for the fourth time in 24 hours, and told me he was Mr. XXXX calling from a law firm in an attempt to settle my debt with XXXX XXXX before a summons was sent out this Friday against me. That I would be charged with the legal fees as well. I told him I had received no such bill or any correspondence to this matter and he stated that he sent it to two addresses easily taken from my background check that he already stated he did on me, and had " assumed '' I received them. I asked him to send it again, certified mail, so we both know for a fact it was recieved. He said that was not possible.
