None. I have submitted a claim regarding Wells Fargo Mortgage department, committing many illegal acts on behalf of my mortgage. Including the fact they are acting illegally regarding dual tracking on my mortgage. Wells Fargo was in the process of a modification on my loan at the same time they are trying to foreclose on my mortgage. I was assured by Wells Fargo 's presidential office that rental/ contributor income could be used. Then was denied a repayment/ modification being told the opposite. Wells Fargo has continuously lost documents including my quit claim sent to them a number of times, delaying and causing me to have a decision on a modification postponed numerous times over the past few years. Modification trial payments were made and all documents were sent in again and again
