Can't close your account. I am trying to close a Bank of America Credit Card. There is no way to do so through the website. When I called the customer service number on the back of my card, I was on hold for 55 minutes before a rep answered. I was then transferred to a different rep who could not resolve my issue. Furthermore, I had signed up for recurring payments. I canceled recurring payments several times beginning three months ago. Bank of America continues to withdraw {$400.00} per month including on XX/XX/2018.
