Account status incorrect. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX XXXX XXXX charged off my account while account was current, with more than double the minimum payment being paid monthly. Most recent statement shows consistent payment over twice the minimum payment ( minimum payment {$120.00}, we have been paying $ 300 monthly since XX/XX/XXXX ) This card was opened in XXXX, and since that time, I have only missed 3 payments beyond the 30 day mark by a few days, and quickly corrected them, paying off these outstanding balances before the next payment due date. I am unable to reach someone to discuss the reasoning or erroneous nature of this charge-off. This charge-off has negatively impacted my life, and I may need to file bankruptcy as a result as it has ruined a loan
