Accounts in question had not been removed only closed, no account accuracy, contracts, account transactions received, from third party debt collect XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Account was sold XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX Bank, formerly kmow as XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank. Currently, XXXX XXXX XXXX, sent a 'Alias Summons requesting demand of XXXX.
