Non-sufficient funds and associated fees. Because of my consistently low bank balance and foreign sounding name, I have been discriminated when the bank uses banks " security '' policies, rules and regulations to harass, threaten and fine me into dismissal if I don't pay unsolicited or unpublicized fees and fines simply because I don't purchase the kinds of products that earn the bank more revenue. Although I have registered many complaints about how after years of paying excessive fines/fees that were never advertised or disclosed when I opened the accounts, the customer service is poor and sometimes illegal ( because of various data breaches and poor technology services that keep me from accessing my money in a convenient manner ), I have put up with this because of the administrativ
