None. On XX/XX/2018, I filed for a modification of my mortgage with Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/2018, the company I was working with received an email stating that the the said home in question had been sold, and in turn denied the modification. I then called the mortgage company to ask why they reported that the home had been sold. They stated that they had not said that to the company I was working with and had given them ( the mortgage company, Wells Fargo ) the right to speak with. They also said that they had the signed permission to speak with the company that was representing and filing my modification, from me, but had not spoken with or had any communication with anyone.
