Deposits and withdrawals. I had an mobile deposit from a loan company they shut my debit card off and said I need to call the bank when I did they said they thought it was a scam well they locked my checking account out to where I can't withdraw my money they have take. An overdraft charge out of it I was not overdraft it has been almost 3 week the check has not been returned and I got an email to state that the mobile deposit had been approved and processed they won't let me into my account to get my money they said they are closing my account on the XXXX and that if I had anything left they would send it in a cashier 's check to me. They have already charged me an overdraft charge and the mobile deposit was approved I'm dealing with us bank
