Problem with fees. I have a XXXX XXXX credit card through XXXX XXXX. My annual fee of {$95.00} posted to my XX/XX/2018 statement on XX/XX/18. I immediately requested to close the card and get an annual fee refund. I did not owe any balance, other than the {$95.00}, at the time. I was assured the account would be closed, I didn't have to pay anything more, and that the annual fee would be waived within two billing cycles. The XX/XX/2018 and now the XX/XX/2018 statements have cut and I still have not gotten the annual fee waived. Also, I was recently charged a {$25.00} late fee for not paying, at their direction, the minimum due on the XXXX statement.
