Changes in terms mid-deal or after closing. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was approved for the lease on a new XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX. I made a special order for the vehicle and waited nearly two months for the vehicle to be delivered. Before delivery, the lease was approved for a second time. I took delivery of the vehicle in the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I have now had the vehicle for several weeks and during this time I have been harassed and threatened by Volvo Financial. I received a phone call from Volvo Financial after having the vehicle for one week, they proceeded to interrogate me about my income, the vehicles I traded in, who this vehicle was for, etc. The questions were strange, as this vehicle is for myself. I have evidence to back up my income and they questioned it as if they do not believe me. I
