Account status incorrect. My first issue is that I have an account that I have contacted both the company and credit bureaus that is reporting closed on all my credit files back in XX/XX/2015. This account was paid off in full by my insurance company. Although they are reporting inaccurate information that shows this account has a balance and has been charged the credit bureaus and company is stating that it was charged off years later and although it has been charged off the balance is currently rising and shouldnt be. Although I have disputed this with the credit bureaus XXXX dont believe that they take the necessary and required steps to fully investigate by law. Lastly the company will not honor my request to receive the steps taken in the investigation.
