Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. After doing careful research reading the FCRA laws XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are in violation. Every debt that is listed in bankruptcy that shows on the credit report should say : XXXX ( XXXX ) balance XXXX in bankruptcy. That is the only designation that can appear on what is called the trade line for that particular debt. Importantly, debts that are XXXX in bankruptcy can not show anything else such as any balance still owed, in collections, delinquent, Derogatory, charge-off, or any other negative information. Again, to reiterate, any debt that has been XXXX in bankruptcy can only show XXXX balance-XXXX in bankruptcy. It appears that the " ACCOUNT STATUS '' on each of the trade lines shows : " DEROGATORY ', which violates the requi
