None. I sold my home with closing completed on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a confirmation letter from the mortgage holder, XXXX XXXX, dated XX/XX/XXXX that the account had been paid in full. A follow-up letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from a national clearinghouse in New Jersey confirmed all liens had been cleared. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an e-mail from Mr. Cooper claiming my mortgage account transferred to them on XX/XX/XXXX. The e-mail provided instructions on establishing an online account and automatic payments. Calls to Mr. Cooper and XXXX XXXX failed to gain resolution. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Mr. Cooper with a statement and a bill for mortgage payment on XX/XX/XXXX for the home which was sold on XX/XX/XXXX.
