Credit card or prepaid card — CITIBANK, N.A. (MD)

Application denied. I appied for a Citi Bank secured card approximately two weeks ago. I called there approval Department and the representative said I was approved for an account with Citibank and that I will receive the instructions in the mail to set up my account. On XX/XX/2018 I receive information that my application was denied
