XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX uses intimidation tactics, many phone calls and letters to attempt to collect from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX -which is not related to XXXX XXXX , even if I have repeatedly written to them informing them that I am not the person they are looking for and not even had ever any accounts with that " bank '' in Nevada . I am a current account holder with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, in good status and never had any contact with any collection agency representing my banking institution. They are either " phishing '' to see if any innocent bystander answers, or re-dating debts that are not even mine. Not even my name is correctly stated.
