None. Quicken loans increases our payment each and every year even if there is not an escrow shortage. Even when they give a refund of escrow overage - they will increase the payment. I called last year and paid the shortage, plus an additional amount and they finally relented and left my payment the same. This year, I am getting a refund for the overage about {$700.00} and they are raising my payment by ~ {$30.00} and REFUSE to leave it the same. This mortgage company rates among the worst!
