Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I contacted US Bank in XX/XX/XXXX in regards to fraud charges on my credit card. I told the representative that there was a a long list of fraud charges on this card. About 62. I listed them individually. However, as time passed, I got a few letters with refund for about a few of those charges and I have not heard from US Bank again since XX/XX/XXXX about the rest of the charges or any final resolutions. In addition, they sent me a few new cards .... and they all seem to relate to this account. So now in addition to not being addressed properly about the fraud charges, I have in my possession several different credit cards and I do not know which one is which or which refers to this account where the fraud
