Debt collection — CCS Financial Services, Inc. (MD)

Debt was paid. I called XXXX XXXX to cancel my policy as I had XXXX. He never picked up and his voicemail was always full. I called the headquarters who advised only my agent could cancel. A week later i called and my case was expedited. I was assured they would reach out to agent to cancel. The agent cancelled my policy effective XX/XX/2015. Mind you, I'd had XXXX a whole month. I had to suspend payment with XXXX to make sure they could not withdraw funds from my account. I got a letter from Credit Collection Services trying to collect on a debt of {$110.00} from XXXX. I have requested a debt verification with dates and how a balance of {$110.00} was incurred. I have yet to hear back from them.
