Received bad information about your loan. I have contacted Nelnet several times the last time was in XXXX regarding the legitimacy of a loan they say that I owe for educational services that they say was received at XXXX XXXX XXXX College inXX/XX/2014 I did attend XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2014 and began repaying the Loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX and are currently paying through them as of today and this loan was not sold. I requested for a promissory note to be sent to me or some information regarding the origination of this loan in excess of 30,000. Thus has been an ongoing issue and no one will help me figure out where this came from the only option I have is to keep applying for forbearance until I can get this resolved.
