My problem is my mortgage company say I have an overage in my escrow every year and have been charging me more than my taxes and insurance every year, now it has gotten out of control and my taxes and insurance haven't gone up but my escrow keep going up for what reason I don't know. My mortgage is currently with seterus. Yes I have missed a month here and there over the 15 years I've had the mortgage but never have I been in forclosure.
