Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Chase Visa AND Chase Slate are not resolving An issue I have with Services I recieved and paid for on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, for services I was to receive on XX/XX/XXXX. Chase Visa {$2200.00} AND Chase Slate {$1300.00}, totalling {$3500.00} to this Dr. for XXXX to entire front if XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a procedure However the doctor drew, down & around the jawline.
