Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. After reviewing my credit profile, I identified a discrepancy with account listed under XXXX XXXX XXXX. I requested a validation on XX/XX/XXXX as this was an account that I did not recognize. I received a response in mail by TransUnion XX/XX/XXXX stating the account was verified, but I did not received any documents to validate this account as correctly belonging to me. Therefore on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a 2nd verification letter asking for complete list of all documents and correspondence with XXXX XXXX, including all names of employees that TransUnion spoke with as part of the investigation. I received the same letter that was sent out by TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX stating the account was verified, again no documents showing this account
