Old information reappears or never goes away. My identity was stolen and continues to be used from time to time. My credit score was XXXX inXX/XX/XXXXand had been at the highest levels for my entire life ( I was XXXX ). In XX/XX/XXXX I was the victim of a major fraud, identity theft and since XX/XX/XXXX have had a credit score that prevents me from obtaining a credit card, a home loan etc. The identity thief continues to open an account occasionally with my ss number and I can not persuade any of the 3 reporting agencies to remove false information, remove outdated negative information or remove information that the creditor advises that it has not and is not reporting to the agency.
