Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I bank at XXXX XXXX and because of my good credit, I applied for a credit card that I paid on time. I had some health problems and was hospitalized and I wasn't able to make 3 payments on time during the months of XXXX XXXX and XXXX of 2018. After my health improved I went inside the bank and spoke with a rep and decided to pay the account off in full. I expressed concerned about the key derogatory marks that were showing on my report, the rep explained that after I pay the account in full, it would show me current and reverse the bad markings.
