Received bad information about your loan. I have a loan with XXXX XXXX with a co-signer, my co-signer filed bankruptcy and during that process I was told I could not make payments and couldn't get in info on the loan, even my online access was shut off. Now my loan payment has skyrocketed and now I can't take the co-signer off the loan because they said that broke up me not having 12 straight payments due. Now they tell me I should of demanded to put money on the loan anyway even though I have letters from them saying no access can be made to the loan.I asked multiple times can I pay and was told no.They won't even work with me on the new high payment I cant afford.The last letter I got was XXXX19 telling me I can't have any loans or communication about that loan so how can I make payments
