Information is missing that should be on the report. I have a XXXX account on my file ( XXXX ). I attempted to pay this debt and XXXX refused the money saying they are no longer collecting this debt. I have attached a letter to that effect. It is a violation of federal law to leave a collection balance on my file that I am unable to cure.
