Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. I received a letter in the mail on XX/XX/19 from a collection agency with a debt from XXXX. The product purchased was mistakenly placed on XXXX XXXX by XXXX as I did not order it that way which caused the last two payments to go unpaid due to a credit card change. I spoke with the collection agency, the agency put the debt in dispute as I was never contacted by XXXX to resolve said debt. I spoke with XXXX and they claimed they made calls and sent letters that were never received. I requested copies of the letters they claimed to have sent and was refused.
