Can't use card to make purchases. There is an issue with your account, Please contact Customer Service at XXXX. You will not be able to make purchase with your card until you contact customer service. I was trying to make a purchase and the Synchrony bank inappropriately tagged the car part as fraud and 3 times denied my purchase the item cost was {$350.00}. While the vendor was on the phone they rejected my card and when I called they marked my purchase as fraud. Numerous phones calls were made to rectify this issue and they refused. The fraud department employees claimed they could not validate my identity and insisted that I take a picture of my drivers license or take a video. Apparently there is a language barrier as the calls were routed to XXXX and the employees were rude and
