Debt collection — I.C. System, Inc. (NJ)

Debt is not yours. This company IC Systems is violating my rights under the FDCPA and the FCRA. I have never contracted nor have done any business with them. They are reporting an account # XXXX on my credit report that I have zero idea about. I sent them a letter requesting a copy of an agreement with them that I owe or agreed to pay them with my signature and they have not provided such document. I demand that they cease and desist communication and immediately remove this account from my credit reports or I will proceed with a lawsuit.
