Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX XXXX sold this account to XXXX XXXX which are 2 accounts that does not belong to me. I called XXXX only to find out that the account that is being reported on my credit has a totally different address and that the account does not belong to me. There are hundreds of XXXX XXXX in the world. I also had a fraud on my credit some years ago. Not only is these accounts not mine but XXXX XXXX is also showing on my credit report 2 times. Both accounts have the same open date but different dollar amounts but the same account. There definitely is a identity mixup. This issue is causing my credit score to plum drastically. The address that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have belongs to someone else. Please do not send me a pre-made letter stating
