Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NC)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I am contacting you about a matter of great concern to me. Recently, I found multiple mistakes on my credit report. As I understand it, I have the right to contest these items with Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ; and each bureaus is required to conduct investigations into the specified accounts. I contacted the bureaus, and requested investigation via postal-mail, on XX/XX/2019. I expected to receive a response from the bureaus within 30 days, alerting me that the accounts have either been corrected or deleted. As of today, 44 days have passed without a response, and this is unacceptable.
