None. I have applied for a mortgage modification because I have fallen behind on my payments due to my wife and I losing our jobs. I have since been able to make my payments but I can not catch them up. I can not afford payment arrangements because the mortgage servicer Mr. Cooper will not spread them out over a long enough period of time. 5 months ago I applied for the modification and provided all required documents at that time. The underwriter did not read all of the documents provided and requested the same documents over again with no explanation as to what was wrong with what was provided.
