Account information incorrect. I had bought a watch and paid it off in installments. Apparently XXXX the creditor claims that they do not require a hard credit inquiry to qualify for their option to pay in payments. This is on my credit report and my credit score has dropped 6 points. This is unacceptable. The watch was for XXXX dollars. Experian lowered my credit score because of this recent purchase.
