Fee problem. XX/XX/2019 I noticed a fee charged to my account for a XXXX charge of {$48.00}. I was confused because my balance left was {$40.00}, and after charging me. I first spoke to an agent named XXXX who was extremely condescending who explained to me because the card authorization made my available balance negative. I was then transferred to a Manager named XXXX. The issue stands here. I was charged an overdraft fee because of a pending authorization which was a mistake by the vendor and has not posted. So I was charged an overdraft fee based on my available balance and then I would be charged another overdraft tomorrow when this authorization posts. I spoke with XXXX extensively and he let me know that I would be charged fees based on my available balance availability even
