Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (UT)

Problem getting your free annual credit report. I was unable to request my free annual Equifax credit report online, I kept getting an error message. I mailed a paper request form on XX/XX/2019 but have still not received my credit report. When I try to call Equifax to find out what the status is, I can never get through on the phone, I am on eternal hold. It shouldn't be this hard to get a credit report, I have no problems with XXXX or XXXX, just Equifax.
