Unable to open an account. I tried to sign up for the MoneyLion product three weeks ago and it has been plagued with time out errors since. First they said they couldn't verify my identity with XXXXXXXX but nowhere did I ever receive a proper FCRA compliant request for an authorization to pull my report. This wasn't an outright denial it was weeks of yanking my chain until finally I pulled every report I could think of and found that they did a soft pull of data using XXXX XXXX and XXXX which they are claiming is " public data. '' I don't want the account now. I want all my financial information removed from their system. You should go audit these folks thoroughly for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX violations : among the risk factors that were evident that I could see in the process : Reputational
