Problem with fees. After having a Citi Bank credit card account for over a year, the company has repeatedly switched my billing to paperless billing without my consent. They then charge a late fee because I have not paid my bill on time, which I did not receive in the form that I require. After contacting the company and requesting paper billing now the second time, they will not waive my late fee for a missed payment, and my credit score has suffered because of it. The most recent case of this happened with my account in XXXX, when they changed my account to paperless billing, and recently marked my account overdue by over 30 days.
