Frequent or repeated calls. I am receiving repeated phone calls from agents claiming to be from Comentiy bank, regarding a XXXX account. I receive 3 -5 calls daily from different phone numbers and different agents. These agents have also somehow manged to obtain phone numbers for my daughter who is a college student and my father, who is in supported living, and they are making threats to my family memebers regarding me and my collection status. I have made payments to this account. I have also asked to have some consistency and work with one agent. They always refuse, and they refuse to provide any kind of documentation or verification with who they are working with. They repeated ask for my full banking information, which I always refuse to offer, since they can not authenticate them
