Company closed your account. I received a certified letter from my banking institution UMPQUA BANK on XX/XX/2019 Stating they were closing my checking & savings accounts with no explanation as to why on the letter. I contacted my branch manager XXXX XXXX to find out why. She said she didn't know But had received a notification the previous day that they were closing my accounts. I asked her to please find out what was going on. She informed me it had to do with being Associated with the XXXX industry! I have never been involved with this industry!! I sell XXXX XXXX and have been a XXXX XXXX for the last 20 years. I can GUARANTTE you I have nothing to do with the XXXX industry. I believe they have the WRONG PERSON!
