Company closed your account. I own a small business that helps individuals recover funds from scams. Since Friday XX/XX/XXXX, Bank of America has withheld all of my companys revenue under a security block. No one notified me that they were holding my revenue or explained why they are doing so. They have also froze my merchant accounts that would give me access to any of this information. I understand it is against the law for BOA to take this action on my account without notifying me. I called them for hours a day from Tuesday-Friday to try and resolve the issue. My intentions were to speak with a representative from the security department so I can assist them in whatever they need from me to expedite whatever it is that they are investigating.
