Debt is not yours. This Debt collection agency is violating the FCRA by submitting debt under my name to the major credit bureaus which is unsubstantiated and validated insufficiently. Debt validation must meet certain criteria based on the FCRA and what they provided is unlawful. This company is now also calling and harassing my wife, without having any valid information.
