Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I contacted Equifax initially some time in XXXX, advising that I did not recall opening an account with XXXX/XXXX XXXX which is listed on my credit report. I received a notice advising that the account was accurate. In XX/XX/XXXX, I sent another letter requesting information regarding this validation that was done. In response, Equifax sent me a letter stating that the account was investigated and proven accurate. Shortly after that, I received another notice stating the account was listed as " not specified '' That's not what I asked for. The creditor in questions is currently being sued by my state attorney generals office for predatory business practices. As requested, I need the physical proof that I had business with the company
