Credit card company forcing arbitration. Chase is forcing arbitration on me. I can choose to either surrender my right to sue them in a court of law, or they will cancel my credit cards. By cancelling my credit cards I would lose 30+ years of combined credit history as well as tens of thousands of dollars in limits/utilization. This can't possibly be legal. They are going to destroy my credit if I don't surrender my rights.
