Vehicle loan or lease — Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (TX)

Billing problem. Had an auto loan with Mitsubishi they say we were late one month out of the entire loan. That was the month that we moved an switch addresses. I called them to give them the information of our new address. I get a call the next month stating our payment wouldnt go through. When I had them check they sent the payment through using our old ZIP Code but our new address. I asked him to make notation of this error on their part and they said that it would not go against my credit.
