Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. In XXXX of 2018 chase didn't charge the right account and it gave me a late payment. It was only a minimum payment of less than {$90.00}. On all of my scores I never miss a payment and it affected my credit score a lot. I didn/t even realize there was a problem with payment or that I was late. Can I please get that strike taken off of my account I am a great customer and never before or after been late. I really did not know and would be so appreciative if we can resolve this issue.
